Visual Content Producer

About the role

The Visual Content Producer will lead the end‑to‑end creation of photo and video assets for CarniStore, covering product, brand, lifestyle and activation content. Working closely with the Marketing and Social Media Manager, you will deliver high‑quality, ready‑to‑use visual material that reflects the brand’s DNA.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise and develop creative ideas for video and photography across products, campaigns and brand initiatives.
• Translate briefs into clear concepts, shot lists and simple scripts.
• Plan and manage shoots end‑to‑end, including locations, props, talent, schedules and equipment.
• Shoot high‑quality video and photography in studio and on‑location, directing on‑camera talent.
• Edit content for social‑first formats (short/long video, reels, stories, carousels) optimized for YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Retouch and colour‑grade photography to maintain a consistent visual language.
• Produce multiple aspect‑ratio formats (9:16, 1:1, 16:9) and deliver final assets on schedule with proper versioning.
• Maintain an organised archive of raw footage and final assets.
• Support product launches, food‑focused storytelling, brand culture pieces and partnership activations.

Required profile

• 3–6+ years of experience in videography, photography or content production.
• Proven ability to manage projects from concept through final delivery.
• Strong technical knowledge of cameras, lenses, lighting and audio equipment.
• Proficiency with professional video editing software.
