Visual Motion Designer – 3D & Motion Design

About the role

Fuse Energy is looking for a Visual Motion Designer to create high‑impact 2D and 3D motion graphics that showcase its hardware, robotics and clean‑energy products. You will turn complex concepts into engaging visual stories for marketing campaigns, product reveals and social media.

Key responsibilities

• Design and animate 2D/3D motion graphics for campaigns, performance ads, product reveals and digital experiences.
• Develop visual treatments for brand moments such as title sequences, cinematic product animations and motion systems.
• Produce functional product visualizations that simplify complex hardware for customers.
• Create custom 3D assets, illustrations, icons and characters that reinforce the Fuse Energy brand.
• Own projects from brief through delivery, contributing creative ideas and visual concepts.
• Collaborate with product, growth, content and engineering teams to ensure cohesive creative output.
• Use audience insights and testing to refine visual content continuously.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in motion design, 3D, or visual design.
• Strong visual taste with an eye for composition, lighting, materials, typography and storytelling.
• Proactive, self‑directed and able to work independently while collaborating across teams.
