About the role

As a Waiter at the Imperial Beach Club, you will deliver high‑quality fine‑dining service to guests in a vibrant beachfront setting. You will greet patrons, present the menu, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the club’s premium standards.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests, establishing a professional and friendly rapport.
• Present the complete food and beverage menu, advise on specials and promotions.
• Take orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor the consistency and quality of dishes and drinks, addressing any issues promptly.
• Escalate major complaints or service problems to management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a waiter or server in a high‑volume restaurant.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
