About the role
The Waiter at K West Bar will deliver food and beverage service to guests in a luxury hotel environment. You will uphold Kempinski’s high standards of hospitality while promoting sales and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Provide courteous, professional and efficient service at all times.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of all food and beverage items, menu details, portions, ingredients and potential allergens.
- Present menus, explain items and actively upsell products.
- Take accurate orders using POS ordering software and communicate them to the kitchen.
- Serve food and drinks, arrange table settings and keep the dining area tidy.
- Deliver checks, collect payments and monitor operating supplies to minimise waste.
- Perform opening and closing procedures for the outlet.
- Handle guest enquiries, report and follow‑up on complaints promptly.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience as a waiter or in a similar role, preferably in an international luxury five‑star hotel.
- Excellent English communication skills.
