Waiter / Waitress – Dynamic Restaurant Team

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic waiters and waitresses to join Hungry Wolves, a vibrant restaurant dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences. The successful candidate will greet guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure a clean, welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, present menus, explain specials and take accurate orders using the POS system.
• Serve food and drinks promptly, verify order accuracy, and monitor tables to anticipate guest needs.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area, set tables, and follow food‑safety and hygiene standards.
• Process payments, handle cash and card transactions, and balance bills at the end of shifts.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff, cashiers and supervisors, assisting teammates during busy periods.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication in English (additional languages a plus).
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and work well under pressure.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude and reliable attendance.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.
