About the role

Accor is seeking enthusiastic, customer‑focused individuals to join its beach‑side service team in Dubai. As a Waiter or Waitress you will ensure guests enjoy a safe, clean, and memorable beach experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly on arrival and thank them on departure.
• Set up beach areas with sunbeds, umbrellas, and towels, ensuring all items are clean.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of beach stations, reporting any hazards immediately.
• Handle guest requests, comments, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Follow hotel policies, grooming standards, and service procedures.
• Attend mandatory meetings and perform additional tasks as directed.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality.
• 1–3 years experience in a 4‑5 star hotel or similar environment.
• Fluent in English with confident communication skills.
• Currently residing in the UAE and able to join immediately.
