Waiter/Waitress – All Day Dining Restaurant

About the role

Join the All Day Dining team at InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa and deliver memorable dining experiences to guests. As a Restaurant Server you will be the face of the restaurant, providing warm welcomes, knowledgeable recommendations, and seamless service from starter to dessert.

Key responsibilities

• Serve meals with high standards and signature flair to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a well‑stocked, clean, and safe kitchen environment.
• Assist with washing up and other kitchen duties when needed.
• Minimise waste and report any unsafe equipment, low supplies, or safety incidents.
• Perform ad‑hoc tasks to keep service running smoothly.

Required profile

• Physical ability to lift, push and pull objects up to 50 lb (23 kg), including bending and kneeling.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills (reading, writing, simple maths).
• Flexibility to work night, weekend and holiday shifts.
• Compliance with local food‑handling and alcohol‑service regulations; must meet minimum age requirement and be fluent in the local language.
