About the role

The Waiter/Waitress at Lexington Restaurant will deliver food and beverage service to guests in a fast‑paced, fine‑dining environment. You will ensure orders are taken accurately, served promptly, and presented according to the restaurant’s standards while maintaining a clean and safe work area.

Key responsibilities

• Take guest orders, serve food and drinks, and ensure timely delivery to tables.
• Maintain cleanliness of all service equipment and the dining area in line with health, safety and hygiene regulations.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the menu and beverage list, offering recommendations and upselling where appropriate.
• Adhere to company health, safety, fire, and disciplinary policies.
• Contribute to achieving monthly drink profit targets and overall revenue goals.

Required profile

• Warm, presentable personality with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to listen to guest needs, work under pressure and remain resilient.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to high‑level customer service.
• Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in a fine‑dining Japanese restaurant, is advantageous.
