About the role

Exceptional hospitality starts with you. When you join our hotel team you will brighten guests’ days and create memorable experiences. As a Waiter/Waitress you will provide food and beverage service while spreading the light and warmth of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Delight guests with an upbeat, friendly attitude and look for ways to make each meal special.
• Master the menu, promotions and specials to answer guest questions confidently.
• Take orders, enter them into the point‑of‑sale system and deliver meals promptly with attention to detail.
• Keep the food service station fully stocked, clean and organized.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations.

Required profile

• Passion for spreading hospitality and creating warm guest experiences.
• Integrity, teamwork and a sense of ownership.
• Good communication and basic English for taking orders.
• Numeracy skills for handling bills and payments.
• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is an advantage.

Required skills

• Operation of point‑of‑sale (POS) system.
• Knowledge of health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations.
