About the role

Hyatt Centric Jumeirah Dubai is looking for enthusiastic and service‑focused individuals to join its Food & Beverage team as Waiter/Waitress. In this full‑time position you will help create memorable dining experiences for guests in a modern lifestyle hotel setting.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, attentive service in line with Hyatt brand standards.
• Greet and seat guests, present menus, explain food and beverage options, and make recommendations.
• Accurately take orders, communicate with kitchen and bar teams, and serve dishes and drinks promptly.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menus, promotions, and hotel offerings to support upselling.
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and concerns professionally, ensuring prompt resolution.
• Process checks and payments accurately according to hotel procedures.
• Prepare, clean, and maintain dining areas and workstations before, during, and after service.
• Adhere to food safety, hygiene, health, and safety standards as well as Hyatt operating procedures.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and passion for hospitality.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
