Waitress – Italian Restaurant (Full‑time)

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and attentive waitress to join our Italian restaurant in Downtown Dubai. You will be responsible for delivering excellent food and beverage service while ensuring each guest feels welcomed and satisfied.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests.
• Set tables according to event type and service standards.
• Answer menu questions and communicate special dietary needs to the kitchen.
• Record orders in the MICROS system and present accurate checks for payment.
• Check in with guests throughout their visit to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glassware, and dining spaces.
• Complete closing duties, including restocking, turning off lights, and securing the venue.
• Follow all company safety, security, and uniform policies.
• Assist guests with disabilities and provide courteous, professional service.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months experience in food and beverage service.
• Ability to work full‑time in a fast‑paced restaurant environment.
• Strong communication skills and a professional appearance.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lb unaided and heavier items with assistance.
• Willingness to follow safety procedures and company policies.
