Walk‑in Interview for Beauty Retail Roles in Dubai

About the role

We are hosting a walk‑in interview day in Dubai for a range of positions within XBEAUTY, a leading retailer of Asian beauty products. Candidates with a passion for cosmetics, skincare, haircare or nail care are invited to join our team and grow their careers in a fast‑moving retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on beauty and skincare products to customers.
• Demonstrate and sell fragrance, makeup, nail and spa services.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to store performance.
• Support store operations, including inventory checks and stock replenishment.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in skincare, haircare, nailcare, cosmetics or related beauty fields.
• Highly presentable, adaptable and able to work in different locations as needed.
• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of Asian beauty brands and product lines.
• Ability to demonstrate product usage and provide personalized recommendations.
