Walk‑in Interview for Skilled Trades – Abu Dhabi

About the role

Ali & Sons Offshore & Marine is hosting a walk‑in interview in Abu Dhabi to recruit skilled UAE‑based professionals for a range of industrial and construction positions. Candidates will be assessed on site and, if successful, offered immediate employment with Emarat Aloula Industries, a subsidiary of Ali & Sons Holding.

Key responsibilities

• Perform pipe fabrication and welding tasks (TIG, ARC, Inconel) according to project specifications.
• Execute structural welding and fabrication of steel components.
• Supervise and coordinate teams as foreman for scaffolding, rigging, or fabrication.
• Operate sandblasting equipment and maintain work‑area safety standards.

Required profile

• UAE‑based skilled worker with proven experience in the same trade.
• Immediate availability to join the workforce.
• Possession of personal protective equipment (PPE) for the assessment.
