Warehouse and Overland Executive

About the role

The Warehouse and Overland Executive will coordinate daily warehouse and overland transport activities, ensuring smooth movement of goods, timely deliveries, and inventory accuracy. Reporting to the Warehousing and Overland Transportation Manager – UAE, the role supports operational efficiency while maintaining service quality and cost control.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular checks, system updates, cycle counts, and stock reconciliation.
• Ensure proper documentation for all warehouse transactions and uphold housekeeping and safety standards.
• Plan and coordinate local and cross‑border overland shipments, arrange bookings with approved carriers, and monitor delivery schedules.
• Track shipments, provide regular updates to customers and stakeholders, and handle customs and transport documentation as required.
• Respond to customer inquiries, maintain communication with drivers, suppliers, and internal teams, and prepare operational reports.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist in cost‑control measures.

Required profile

• Four‑year BS/BA degree.
• 0‑1 year experience in customer service or related duties.
• Strong desire to work in supply chain, logistics, or transportation.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced office environment.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Team‑oriented attitude; leadership experience is strongly desired.
• Physical capability to perform warehouse‑related tasks as described.
