Warehouse Coordinator

About the role

The Warehouse Coordinator will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. This position works closely with purchasing, sales, and logistics teams to maintain inventory accuracy and support customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate receipt, storage, and distribution of products while maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Conduct regular stock counts, audits, and manage labeling and proper storage.
• Ensure orders are picked, packed, and dispatched on time, handling returns and discrepancies.
• Supervise 3PL warehouse staff, monitor performance, and oversee loading/unloading activities.
• Manage relationships with freight companies and 3PL providers, addressing rates, contracts, and service issues.
• Maintain documentation, ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations, and prepare regular performance reports.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse coordination, logistics, or inventory control.
• Proven experience working with 3PL providers and freight companies.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, documentation, and regulatory requirements.

Required skills

• Proficiency with inventory systems.
• Experience using ERP platforms.
• Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management System) platforms.
