Warehouse Coordinator

About the role

The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring that goods are received, stored, and shipped accurately and on time. This role combines inventory control, staff supervision, safety compliance, and workflow optimisation in a fast‑paced e‑commerce environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate warehouse staff, manage attendance, scheduling, training and enforce health & safety regulations.
• Handle delivery and pick‑up of orders (UAE manual driver’s licence mandatory).
• Oversee inventory management: receiving, sorting, storing, documentation, regular counts, audits and cycle checks.
• Create purchase orders and post GRNs in Sage, generate inventory codes, assign lot numbers and update expiry dates.
• Supervise e‑commerce order fulfilment – picking, packing, shipping and loading/unloading.
• Collaborate with logistics teams and external carriers, track shipments and resolve transit issues.
• Maintain and inspect warehouse equipment such as forklifts, conveyors and packing machinery.
• Prepare documentation, reports and support Chamber of Commerce COO applications.

Required profile

• Valid UAE manual driver’s licence.
• Proven experience in warehouse coordination, inventory control and e‑commerce fulfilment.
• Ability to supervise staff, enforce safety standards and work with external vendors.
• Strong organisational and documentation skills.

• Sage ERP (purchase orders, GRNs, inventory coding).
• Inventory management and stock auditing.
• Order fulfilment processes for e‑commerce platforms.
• Warehouse equipment maintenance and inspection.
