Warehouse & Fulfillment Associate

About the role

Shipa Delivery is seeking a Warehouse & Fulfillment Associate to support its fast‑growing logistics network in Abu Dhabi. The role involves handling inbound and outbound parcels, maintaining accurate inventory, and ensuring a safe, organized warehouse environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and document incoming shipments against purchase orders or delivery documents.
• Inspect goods for damage, defects, shortages, or discrepancies and report issues promptly.
• Organize, label, and store inventory in designated locations for efficient space utilization.
• Pick, pack, process, and prepare inventory accurately for delivery and fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update relevant warehouse/inventory systems.
• Conduct regular stock checks, assist with inventory reconciliation and cycle counts.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and warehouse reports.
• Respond to customer and internal queries promptly and keep Team Leads/Line Managers updated.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow warehouse and fulfillment procedures and support process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in logistics or supply chain management.
• Minimum 1 year of warehousing or logistics operations experience.
• Proven track record in warehousing and fulfillment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Physically fit for lifting and carrying tasks.
• Flexibility to work rotational and night shifts.

Required skills

• Intermediate computer knowledge.
