Warehouse Manager (3PL)

About the role

The Warehouse Manager will lead the 3PL operations for Agroshipping LLC in Dubai, ensuring seamless customer service, efficient inventory handling, and compliance with customs and JAFZA regulations. This role combines operational oversight with continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Customer Service team, maintain strong client relationships, and meet service KPIs.
• Oversee billing, documentation, and timely responses to customer inquiries.
• Provide training on legal requirements, KPIs, and email etiquette.
• Track team productivity, plan resources, and improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, optimize storage space, and enforce cost‑accounting procedures.
• Coordinate with the internal customs department to ensure clearance procedures and JAFZA compliance.
• Control temperature‑sensitive areas and implement preventive maintenance systems.
• Drive best warehousing practices, mentor staff, and develop career paths.
• Implement Lean strategies and lead continuous‑improvement projects to reduce waste, lower costs, and improve quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a 3PL environment.
• Background managing customer service within logistics.
• Experience overseeing an FMCG or food‑products warehouse.
