Warehouse Operations Associate

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Warehouse Operations Associate to join our Dubai team. The role involves managing daily inbound and outbound activities, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring a safe, efficient warehouse environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments, verifying quantities against purchase orders and reporting any discrepancies.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
• Organise and store inventory in designated locations to optimise space and accessibility.
• Conduct inventory counts, cycle counts and maintain records using scanners, RF guns or a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Inspect products for defects, damages or expiry and manage returns or quality issues.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organised and compliant with safety standards, using personal protective equipment as required.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with supervisors and other departments to meet daily production, shipping and receiving targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Commerce or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast‑paced team.
• Good communication skills and a reliable, positive attitude.
