About the role
We are seeking a Warehouse Operator to join our Dubai facility, supporting operational teams in meeting KPIs and maintaining high standards of quality, health and safety. The role involves efficient binning, picking, sorting and counting of products to meet customer targets.
Key responsibilities
- Perform binning, picking, sorting and counting of inventory according to set targets.
- Check outbound shipments for correct product codes, quantities and condition.
- Report PI counting results and any variances.
- Maintain warehouse housekeeping, cleanliness and compliance with health & safety regulations.
- Ensure accuracy and adherence to agreed processes and product presentation standards.
Required profile
- Primary or basic education.
- Basic numerical ability and English communication skills.
- Physically fit and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Previous warehouse experience is advantageous.
Required skills
- Ability to follow operational, administrative and system processes.
