Warehouse Outbound Coordinator (UAE National)

About the role

The Warehouse Outbound Coordinator ensures that goods leave the Etihad Airways warehouse safely, accurately, and on schedule. This role coordinates outbound shipments, customs clearance, and all related documentation while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end picking, packing, and staging of outgoing orders based on customer requirements and shipping priorities.
• Drive forklift and operate material‑handling equipment to move pallets and shipments.
• Generate and verify shipping documents such as Bills of Lading, packing lists, invoices, and customs/export paperwork.
• Manage customs clearance for bonded materials and keep data updated in the PWC system.
• Inspect shipments for damage, ensure proper packaging, and enforce warehouse safety protocols.
• Supervise, train and oversee third‑party personnel to meet daily output targets and Service Level Agreements.
• Identify and resolve inventory errors, order cancellations, and other bottlenecks, driving continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Higher Secondary Education (minimum).
• 3–5 years of experience in a large warehouse operation.
• Experience with SAP WM module or similar ERP systems.
• UAE licensed Reach Truck and Forklift operator certification.
• Valid light‑vehicle driver’s licence (preferred).
