Warehouse Shift Leader

About the role

The Warehouse Shift Leader is responsible for ensuring that orders are prepared and entered accurately while maintaining a safe and productive warehouse environment. The role coordinates the flow of work between preparation staff, data entry officers, and the shipping team to meet daily targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage order preparation and submission, ensuring all domestic and remote orders are downloaded, compiled, and processed on time.
• Supervise box packing, collect invoices, and coordinate with the data entry officer to match contents and confirm shipping.
• Distribute preparation tasks, monitor worker productivity, and ensure schedules are met.
• Enforce health, safety, and ISO requirements by monitoring temperature, humidity, and overall warehouse cleanliness.
• Oversee security procedures, coordinate maintenance activities, and maintain a clean work area.
• Track team performance against KPIs, provide coaching, and address obstacles to achieve objectives.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Basic proficiency in English and Arabic.
• Strong computer literacy, particularly with the MS Office suite.
