Warehouse Storekeeper

About the role

The Warehouse Storekeeper at Miral ensures smooth warehouse operations by receiving, inspecting, storing, and issuing goods across multiple departments. The role combines inventory accuracy, safety compliance, and equipment oversight in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive goods, generate Goods Received Notes (GRNs) and perform 3‑way match against invoices, delivery notes and purchase orders.
• Conduct quality, expiry, temperature and weight checks for all deliveries.
• Store items in appropriate sections, including freezers, chillers and dry stores, and maintain regular stock counts.
• Pick, cross‑verify and issue materials to internal departments and external clients.
• Maintain cleanliness, HACCP food‑safety standards and overall warehouse safety.
• Inspect and maintain warehouse equipment such as forklifts, electric pallet jacks, scales, thermometers and hygrometers.
• Complete opening, closing and specialised check‑lists for chemicals, F&B areas, temperature control and ladder safety.
• Work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays, to meet operational demands.

Required profile

• Physically fit with ability to lift and handle items in cold and outdoor environments.
• Trustworthy and detail‑oriented, capable of safeguarding high‑value inventory.
• Adaptable to shift work and able to follow strict procedural guidelines.
