Warehouse Supervisor – ADNOC Gas EPCm Project

About the role

Wood is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join the supply‑chain team on the ADNOC Gas EPCm project in Abu Dhabi. You will lead warehouse operations, ensuring efficient material handling, accurate documentation, and seamless support to project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock reconciliations.
• Manage procurement documentation and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Coordinate with the Warehouse Manager and other supply‑chain functions to meet project schedules.
• Implement and monitor materials control systems and reporting tools.
• Ensure health, safety, and security standards are upheld in the warehouse environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years (120 months) of experience in warehouse or materials management within the oil and gas sector.
• Proven ability to lead a team and work collaboratively with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
