About the role
The Warehouse Supervisor will lead daily warehouse activities in Dubai, ensuring that all goods are received, stored, and dispatched accurately and efficiently. This position oversees staff performance, monitors inventory movement, and upholds strict operational standards to support the company’s logistics objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations.
- Supervise and guide warehouse staff to maintain high performance.
- Monitor inventory movement and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure goods are received, stored, and dispatched in a timely manner.
- Maintain compliance with safety and operational standards.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field.
- Less than one year of experience in a warehouse supervisory role (preferred).
- Good knowledge of inventory and warehouse management processes.
- Strong leadership, organizational and team‑management abilities.
- Proficiency with computer and inventory‑system tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet operational targets.
