Warehouse Supervisor Last Mile

About the role

The Warehouse Supervisor – Last Mile will oversee the receipt, storage and internal movement of creative assets across Al Tayer Group’s retail portfolio in Dubai. This fixed‑term position is responsible for ensuring that all assets are handled safely, accurately recorded and delivered on schedule to support the luxury retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage logistics of moving creative assets throughout the retail estate.
• Receive incoming orders, verify against procurement records and report any discrepancies or damages.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of stock stored in the VM warehouse.
• Protect assets from damage and wear during handling and storage, implementing preventative measures.
• Dispose of assets after an agreed period through staff sale or waste.
• Supervise Warehouse Coordinators and Drivers, guiding the team to meet deadlines and process standards.
• Plan and manage driver delivery schedules.
• Ensure all activities comply with health and safety best practices and uphold housekeeping standards.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years experience in retail logistics, warehouse or stockroom operations.
• Relevant vocational qualification is an advantage.
• Process‑driven with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work with minimal guidance and motivate a team.
