Wealth Management Trainee (Private Banking)

About the role

The internship provides administrative, operational and analytical support to Front Office Relationship Managers and Assistant Relationship Managers within Mirabaud's private banking and wealth management division. You will gain hands‑on exposure to client servicing, account management and daily front‑office operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist RMs and Assistant RMs in preparing presentation materials and client summaries.
• Support onboarding by collecting, verifying and checking required documentation.
• Prepare basic client account overviews, transaction summaries and relationship data updates.
• Process account‑related requests such as updates, forms and KYC checks under supervision.
• Maintain accurate client records in internal systems and coordinate approvals with Compliance, Risk and Operations.
• Produce reports on asset movements, transaction activity and internal dashboards.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Business Management or Economics.
• Familiarity with banking products and financial markets.
• Very good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Regular use of the MS Office suite.
• Fluent in English; Arabic or French is an asset.
