WealthTech Product Lead

About the role

Alpheya is seeking a senior WealthTech Product Lead to drive the evolution of its B2B wealth platform. The role will own the product roadmap for multi‑asset trading, ledger and portfolio management solutions, serving banks and financial institutions across the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end product development, from ideation through delivery, using hypothesis‑driven, iterative cycles.
• Define and prioritize the roadmap to eliminate friction in customer journeys for affluent, HNW and UHNW segments.
• Integrate AI‑native features and ensure seamless multi‑channel experiences (web, mobile, B2B2C integrations).
• Collaborate closely with design, engineering, data‑science and leadership teams to translate business problems into technical specifications.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and data‑driven insights to inform strategic pivots.
• Establish and manage partnerships that support product goals and ensure alignment across functions.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading product development for wealth‑technology or fintech platforms.
• Strong understanding of multi‑asset trading, ledger, portfolio and discretionary portfolio management (DPM) solutions.
• Track record of delivering B2B2C products in a fast‑moving, agile environment.
• Ability to balance technical feasibility with market relevance and drive data‑informed decisions.

Required skills

• Product management methodologies (roadmapping, hypothesis testing, agile delivery).
• Experience with AI integration in product features.
• Knowledge of wealth‑tech domains such as robo‑advisory, multi‑asset trading and portfolio management.
