Web Developer – Full‑time, On‑site in Dubai

About the role

The Web Developer will design, build and maintain Glossy Lounge’s online presence, ensuring a seamless, responsive experience for customers across all devices. Working on‑site in Dubai, you will collaborate with design, marketing and e‑commerce teams to turn brand concepts into functional digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop responsive front‑end interfaces using HTML, CSS and JavaScript frameworks.
• Implement back‑end functionality, manage databases and integrate third‑party APIs.
• Integrate and customise e‑commerce platforms such as Shopify or WooCommerce, including payment gateway setups.
• Maintain version control with Git and follow collaborative development workflows.
• Monitor site performance, accessibility and security, and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Analyse web analytics to optimise user experience and support marketing campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong front‑end development skills and solid back‑end programming knowledge.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary, on‑site teams.
• Interest or experience in fashion, sustainability or purpose‑driven brands is a plus.
