About the role

As a Welcome Desk Agent you will be the first point of contact for guests at a W Hotel in Dubai. You will create memorable experiences by assisting with check‑in, check‑out and a wide range of guest services throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

  • Process guest arrivals and departures efficiently.
  • Handle guest requests, inquiries and complaints with a solution‑focused approach.
  • Prepare and submit operational reports and incident logs.
  • Share local area highlights and recommendations with guests.
  • Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming front‑office environment.
  • Move, lift and transport items up to 10 lb without assistance as needed.

Required profile

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • No prior hospitality experience required.
  • No supervisory experience required.
  • Ability to work on feet for extended periods.

Required skills

  • Fluency in English; Russian or Arabic language skills are preferred.
