Wellbeing Associate Specialist

About the role

The Wellbeing Associate Specialist supports the Employee Engagement & Wellbeing Manager in delivering charity initiatives, staff wellbeing activities and the Umra Trip program for ADIB Group employees in Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

• Review charity‑related requests, validate documents and prepare employee profiles for committee review.
• Execute charity committee decisions, including communications, document collection and payment processing.
• Organise staff draws and raffles, from approval memos to data preparation, execution and prize distribution.
• Manage the Umra Trip program: vendor sourcing, announcements, eligibility data, draw execution, seat allocation and visa arrangements.
• Prepare quarterly turnover reports, analyse employee experience data and provide insights to improve retention.
• Coordinate logistics and communications for wellbeing campaigns across all departments.
• Administer monthly staff competitions, including data preparation and draw set‑up.

Required profile

• Proven track record at a senior level developing employee engagement strategies.
• Minimum 2 years experience in staff health, wellbeing, customer engagement or satisfaction.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with employees, executives and wellness professionals.
• Beginner‑level leadership, marketing and strategic planning abilities.
• Resilience, empathy, discretion and a good understanding of HR sustainability.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Employee Engagement, sustainability, social sciences, banking or related field.
