About the role
We are seeking a proactive Wellness and Spa Attendant to join our luxury hotel in Dubai Marina. The role involves maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest service across our spa, sauna, steam rooms, pools and fitness facilities.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and readiness of all spa wet areas, relaxation lounges and gym facilities, restocking linens, amenities and supplies as needed.
- Welcome guests, assist with locker usage, provide towels, water and other amenities, and address guest inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Support spa therapists and fitness instructors by preparing treatment rooms, replenishing products, and setting up equipment for classes, while reporting any maintenance issues.
Required profile
- Previous experience in spa, fitness or hospitality housekeeping/attendant roles is preferred.
- Knowledge of health, safety and hygiene protocols.
- Strong communication skills and a guest‑service orientation.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced luxury environment.
