Wellness & Beach Supervisor

About the role

The Wellness & Beach Supervisor will lead the daily operations of the pool, beach and wellness areas at One at Palm Jumeirah, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience for residents and their families.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee opening, closing and day‑to‑day service of the pool, beach and wellness facilities.
• Coordinate beverage service and manage the setup and breakdown of sun loungers.
• Maintain immaculate cleanliness, presentation and safety standards throughout the areas.
• Lead and develop a team of attendants, ensuring attentive and refined guest service.
• Handle guest requests, monitor inventory and liaise with other hotel departments.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and operational procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hospitality or leisure facilities management.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to high service standards.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations for pool and beach environments.
