About the role
The Ritz-Carlton in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a friendly, energetic professional to combine yoga instruction with front‑desk duties in our spa. You will guide guests through yoga sessions while delivering seamless spa reception services.
Key responsibilities
- Lead group and private yoga classes, ensuring safety and a positive experience.
- Promote spa services and retail products to guests.
- Schedule reservations, confirm appointments, and manage the spa’s booking system.
- Check‑in guests, answer service‑related queries, and process payments.
- Perform physical tasks such as moving light equipment and maintaining a clean, safe environment.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No specific license or certification required.
Required skills
- Proficiency in using reservation or booking software.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and communication.
