Academy Football Coach (Part‑Time/Full‑Time)

About the role

Desert Falcon Football Club, a high‑performance academy in Dubai, is seeking enthusiastic coaches to lead training for players aged U6 to U18. The role can be undertaken on a part‑time or full‑time basis, reporting directly to the Academy Director.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and evaluate technically rich coaching sessions aligned with the club’s syllabus.
• Coach elite‑level players across all age groups, maintaining the highest development standards.
• Participate in match days, tournaments and club events as required.
• Submit session plans and player notes promptly to the shared drive.
• Communicate professionally with parents and escalate concerns to the Academy Director.
• Attend monthly CPD days and pursue ongoing qualification development.
• Uphold and role‑model the Desert Falcons Code of Conduct at all times.

Required profile

• Minimum UEFA C coaching qualification (UEFA B is an advantage).
• At least 3 years of coaching experience in the UAE, with proven work with elite players U6‑U18.
• Valid driving licence and personal transport.
• Current safeguarding certificate or willingness to obtain one before starting.
• Strong English communication skills, punctual, reliable and organized.
