Account Manager - Abu Dhabi (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

Talabat, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is looking for an Account Manager based in Abu Dhabi who speaks Arabic. You will manage and grow relationships with restaurant and vendor partners, acting as their main point of contact to help them optimise their presence on the platform, grow their sales and stay satisfied.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with restaurant and vendor partners, keeping them satisfied and retained through proactive communication and support.
• Analyse sales, operational and engagement data to find improvements in menu performance, pricing, promotions and delivery logistics, and share recommendations with partners.
• Hold regular business reviews to agree on results, opportunities and growth plans.
• Identify growth opportunities such as upselling services, cross-promotions and content optimisation (menu structure, images, delivery times).
• Recommend and coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional offers to drive order volume.
• Work with Marketing, Logistics and Operations teams to resolve partner issues quickly and support onboarding and campaign execution.
• Negotiate and renew commercial agreements and ensure partners meet service-level agreements and operational standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in account management, sales or partner success; food tech, FMCG or e-commerce experience is a plus.
• Must live in or be willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.

Required skills

• Strong analytical skills, comfortable with data dashboards.
• Excel and Google Sheets for analysing performance.
