Account Manager (Chinese Language) - iGaming

About the role

This Account Manager position in Dubai is responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, supporting their needs and driving long-term partnerships. The role focuses on maintaining strong relationships, ensuring smooth integrations and contributing to revenue growth. It is an on-site role.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Support client onboarding and guide them through integrations and product launches.
• Work with internal teams to deliver timely solutions and meet client needs.
• Collect, organise and share promotions from providers with clients.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Provide regular updates and KPI reports to clients and management.
• Monitor the iGaming market and advise clients on relevant opportunities.
• Resolve client issues quickly and effectively, and take part in industry events and client meetings when required.

Required profile

• 1-2 years' experience in Account Management, Business Development or Customer Success; iGaming experience is a must.
• Track record of building client relationships and contributing to account growth.
• Fluent spoken and written Chinese and English.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business events.

Required skills

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Commercially minded, with good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM and project tools is a plus.
