Account Manager - Financial Services

About the role

SELECTED is recruiting, on behalf of an established financial services company in Dubai, an experienced Account Manager. The role suits a relationship-focused professional who manages an existing client portfolio, strengthens long-term partnerships and identifies opportunities for account growth. The position is full-time.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with an assigned portfolio of clients.
• Act as the main point of contact for client enquiries, requirements and account matters.
• Identify revenue-growth opportunities through cross-selling and upselling.
• Understand client needs and propose suitable financial services solutions.
• Hold regular client meetings and account reviews.
• Ensure high client satisfaction, retention and service delivery.
• Work with internal departments to resolve queries and deliver services on time.
• Monitor account performance, revenue opportunities and client engagement.
• Maintain accurate client records and account activity in the CRM system.
• Achieve individual revenue, retention and account growth targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in account management, relationship management or client services, preferably in financial services.
• Proven track record of building and developing client relationships.
• Experience managing client portfolios and achieving revenue or retention targets.
• Strong commercial awareness and organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience using CRM systems and account management tools.
• Previous experience in the UAE financial services market is an advantage.
