Account Manager (Korean Language) - iGaming

About the role

This Account Manager position is based in Dubai and focuses on managing a portfolio of clients, supporting their needs and driving long-term partnerships. The role plays a key part in maintaining strong relationships, ensuring smooth integrations and contributing to revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
• Support client onboarding and guide them through integrations and product launches
• Work with internal teams to deliver timely solutions
• Collect, organise and share promotions from providers with clients
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
• Provide regular updates and KPI reports to clients and management
• Monitor the iGaming market and advise clients on relevant opportunities
• Resolve client issues quickly and take part in industry events and client meetings when required

Required profile

• 1-2 years' experience in Account Management, Business Development or Customer Success; iGaming experience is a must
• Proven track record of building client relationships and growing accounts
• Fluent spoken and written Korean and English
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business events

Required skills

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Commercially minded, with good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM and project tools are a plus
