Account Manager – Partner Success & Sales (Automotive)

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager – Partner Success & Sales to work directly with used‑car dealers across the UAE. You will help partners adopt financing, insurance and car‑evaluation services, driving revenue growth for both the partners and Dubizzle.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of automotive partners, maintaining strong relationships and regular engagement.
• Identify upsell opportunities and pitch financing, insurance and car‑evaluation services to existing partners.
• Drive adoption of services that increase partner revenue and generate commission.
• Understand partner workflows and recommend customized service bundles.
• Monitor partner performance, analyse trends and take proactive actions to optimise outcomes.
• Onboard new partners and provide training on platform usage.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, product and customer support teams to ensure a seamless partner experience.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education.
• 2‑5 years of experience in sales, account management or business development, preferably in automotive, fintech, SaaS or insurance.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry and strong B2B relationship skills.
• Excellent verbal communication in English and Arabic.
• Results‑driven mindset with ability to manage a sales pipeline and meet targets.
• Self‑motivated, organised and comfortable working independently.
