Sales Executive – PropTech Solutions

About the role

Smart Management Properties (SMP) is looking for its first commercial hire – a full‑time Sales Executive based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi. You will own the end‑to‑end sales cycle, building a pipeline from research to signed contract and opening the market with developers, property owners and operators.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage your own account list, prospecting outbound via LinkedIn, events and referrals.
• Map stakeholders (owner, MD, FM, procurement) and conduct structured discovery calls.
• Deliver demos, tailor proposals and negotiate contract terms.
• Close long, multi‑stakeholder deals focused on value rather than price.
• Log all activity in the CRM and provide weekly pipeline reports with honest assessments.
• Share market feedback with product and marketing teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years of complex B2B sales experience (PropTech, SaaS or enterprise services preferred).
• Proven record of closing long‑cycle deals with multiple decision‑makers.
• Deep knowledge of the UAE real‑estate market, ownership structures and decision culture.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a clear advantage.
• Hunter mindset, accountable, perseverant and coachable.
• Valid UAE driving licence for client site visits.
