Account Manager - Recruitment Solutions

About the role

This Account Manager role is purely account management, focused on client retention, up-selling and cross-selling to existing and dormant accounts. You will drive sales growth through relationship management and consultative selling, helping clients get maximum value from recruitment solutions. The position is based in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate contact with target companies across the Middle East by phone and email
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and dormant clients
• Up-sell services, cross-sell solutions and advise clients on maximising recruitment outcomes
• Understand client needs and prepare customised recruitment solution proposals
• Attend meetings with HR, Finance, Procurement and senior decision-makers in the UAE and across the region
• Negotiate terms and pricing, aiming for win-win outcomes
• Give feedback and recommendations to improve product effectiveness
• Follow up consistently with multiple stakeholders to close sales opportunities

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in account management and B2B sales
• Proven track record in client retention, relationship management and upselling
• Experience in a high-performance sales environment

Required skills

• Strong consulting and negotiation skills with senior stakeholders
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English
• Detail-oriented, persistent and target-driven
