About the role
The Account Manager (Social Media Specialist) will oversee assigned social media channels, create engaging content, and analyse campaign performance to support brand growth. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and post content on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Research industry topics, brainstorm campaign ideas, and collaborate with the production team on visuals and video.
- Monitor analytics, prepare performance reports, and provide insights to improve campaigns.
- Engage with clients, suggest improvements for customer experience, and assist in developing content strategies.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- Strong analytical, research and writing abilities with a detail‑oriented mindset.
- Creative, proactive, and able to thrive under tight deadlines.
- Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
