Account Receivable Analyst – National Talent

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Account Receivable Analyst to join our National Talent team. This entry‑level position is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience in finance or accounting.

Key responsibilities

• Execute all procedures related to accounts receivable and maintain general ledger and sub‑ledger records.
• Reconcile collection and billing accounts regularly to reflect accurate receivable status.
• Coordinate with local and overseas offices to update the fixed‑assets register.
• Issue invoices and follow up with sponsors and strategic partners according to payment schedules.
• Calculate depreciation, amortisation and asset‑under‑construction costs and prepare related reports.
• Prepare journal entries for bank reconciliation and obtain required approvals.
• Enter credit transactions for revenue accounts and support monthly reporting.
• Assist in ad‑hoc financial studies, analyses and the preparation of regular reports for decision‑making.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in accounting or finance.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and ledger maintenance.
• Ability to work with both local and international teams.
• Attention to detail and good organisational skills.
