Investment Banking Associate – MENA Coverage – Dubai

About the role

Morgan Stanley’s Dubai Investment Banking team is seeking an Associate to support MENA‑region corporate finance transactions. You will work on a variety of deals, including IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, and capital‑raising assignments, while interacting directly with senior decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and assist in the execution of corporate finance transactions such as IPOs, M&A, and strategic advisory projects.
• Perform detailed financial and strategic business analysis, industry research, and valuation modelling.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations, and contribute to senior‑banker discussions and client meetings.
• Mentor junior analysts, promote team culture, and collaborate across groups on cross‑border transactions.

Required profile

• Top‑class Master’s degree or overseas equivalent in finance or a related field from a leading university.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant investment banking (corporate finance/M&A) experience.
• Fluent English with strong oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and a proactive, goal‑oriented work ethic.
