Accountant – Accounts Receivable

About the role

The Accounts Receivable Accountant will own end‑to‑end AR processes for Digital and assigned corporate entities. You will ensure accurate invoicing, timely receipt application, clean reconciliations and reliable reporting in line with Group policies, IFRS and internal controls.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, upload and issue customer invoices, statements and copies via Oracle Fusion and approved portals.
• Apply and allocate receipts and credit notes in Oracle Fusion, maintaining audit‑ready trails.
• Perform AR sub‑ledger to GL and customer statement reconciliations, investigate variances and coordinate resolutions.
• Support month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end AR close activities, including ageing and movement analysis.
• Provide AR data for Credit Control collection follow‑ups, dispute resolution and audit samples.
• Coordinate with Finance, Commercial, Operations, Treasury, IT and external customers to resolve AR issues.
• Raise and track system enhancement or reporting requests to improve AR accuracy and efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business.
• Working knowledge of Oracle ERP; experience with Oracle Fusion preferred.
• Familiarity with IFRS requirements and internal control frameworks.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
