Accountant & Data Entry

About the role

Clever Market is looking for a detail‑oriented Accountant & Data Entry professional to manage daily accounting activities and keep product, inventory, and pricing information accurate in its POS system. The role is ideal for candidates with UAE retail or trading experience who can handle reconciliations, financial records, and reporting in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Reconcile daily cash and card sales transactions.
• Record invoices and expenses, maintaining accurate financial records.
• Assist with supplier‑account and bank reconciliations.
• Update and maintain product information and pricing in the POS system.
• Prepare financial and operational reports as required.
• Ensure stock and accounting data remain accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Support daily accounting operations and maintain proper documentation.
• Work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in UAE retail or trading.
• Strong understanding of UAE VAT regulations and accounting procedures.
• Excellent command of English.
• Valid health card and UAE visa (visit‑visa holders may also apply).
• Currently residing in Dubai and available for 100% onsite work.
