Accountant – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Accountant to join a Dubai‑based trading group operating in the automotive sector. The role involves managing the complete accounting cycle, ensuring compliance with UAE tax regulations, and supporting daily finance operations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform full‑cycle bookkeeping, reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare and analyse financial statements and ad‑hoc management reports.
• Prepare documentation for UAE VAT and Corporate Tax filings and support related audits.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and payroll processing.
• Handle administrative duties and coordinate documentation to ensure smooth business operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in the UAE, preferably in trading, distribution or automotive environments.
• Hands‑on experience with bookkeeping, VAT, Corporate Tax, financial reporting, payroll and audit/compliance support.
• Ability to interpret and analyse financial statements independently.
