Accountant – Finance Team (Dubai)

About the role

Bizrahmed, a leading medical group in Dubai, is looking for a highly organized Accountant to join its Finance team. This full‑time, on‑site position will handle day‑to‑day accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, payroll support, and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Develop and monitor budgets and financial forecasts.
• Prepare and reconcile WPS payroll files in coordination with HR.
• Handle LPOS, supplier invoices, payments and customer invoicing.
• Perform bank reconciliations and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Monitor cash flow and support financial planning activities.
• Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards, VAT regulations and company policies.
• Assist with internal and external audits and coordinate with banks, auditors and government authorities.
• Provide management with financial analysis and ad‑hoc reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial forecasting, WPS payroll, LPOS, balance‑sheet and profit‑and‑loss preparation.
• Experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA or CMA is an advantage.
• Previous experience in healthcare, medical or aesthetic industry is preferred.
