Accountant – Finance Team (Dubai)

About the role

We are looking for a meticulous Accountant to join Kazamer Tax Consultant’s finance team in Dubai. The role focuses on maintaining accurate financial records, preparing comprehensive reports, and ensuring compliance with local tax and accounting standards. You will support the company’s financial stability and contribute to its growth.

Key responsibilities

• Record and maintain daily financial transactions in line with accounting standards.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and journal entries.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash‑flow activities.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and reports.
• Maintain the general ledger and verify the accuracy of accounting records.
• Assist with VAT filings, tax documentation and other compliance requirements.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary financial records.
• Collaborate with management on budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting and VAT regulations.
• Professional integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
• Excellent analytical, numerical and problem‑solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Competence in MS Office applications.
